Cresto Cove 90-Day Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Cresto Cove, we are committed to offering high-quality products and excellent service. To ensure fairness and transparency for all customers, please review our Return and Refund Policy before completing your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 90 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unaltered

  • In original packaging

Please note: Certain items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Products containing liquids (e.g., sprays, serums, soaks)

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards

Hygiene & Safety Clause

Due to hygiene and health safety concerns, any beauty or personal care product that has been opened or used on the skin is considered unsanitary and cannot be accepted for return or exchange. This includes skincare tools, creams, and applicators. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining product integrity for all customers.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at info@crestocove.com with:

  • Your Order Number

  • The Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Cresto Cove is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus:

  • Original shipping fees (non-refundable)

  • Any applicable non-refundable charges

Shipping Protection ($3.97) is also non-refundable under any circumstances.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Exchanges must be for the same item originally ordered. Please email photos of the defect/damage to info@crestocove.com within 48 hours of delivery.
