Clentira 30-Day Return and Refund Policy
Return Policy: At Clentira, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@Clentira.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Please note that Clentira does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refund Policy:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Partial Refunds:
- In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as for items not in their original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact our customer support team at support@Clentira.com.
Return Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
